The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Melvin Shipley can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Phyllis, girls and extended families. I am so sorry to hear about Rusty. I'm sure he put up a good fight, as Roger did, with his cancer. And I'm also sure all of you put up the same fight, as I did. I just want you to know that Roger thought the world of Rusty on his bowling team and you, Phyllis, for your help on his "Painting Team". I'm thinking and praying for peace for all of you right now.
