Jeffery Force Dery, Sr

Jeffery Dery, Sr., age 62, Maryville, Missouri died unexpectedly at the St. Francis Hospital, Maryville, Missouri.

Jeff was born January 28, 1955 in Sandy Creek, Oregon, the son of the late Donald Eugene and Phyllis May (Matthews) Dery.

Jeff was a self-employed handyman in the Maryville area where he had been a resident since 2005. He attended the Laura Street Baptist Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents, daughter Angela Jackson, grandson Cody Alexander Dery and three brothers Jim, John and Phillip Dery.

His survivors include: three sons, Jeff (Jeanine) Dery, Louisville, Texas, Bill Jackson, Post Falls, Idaho, Steven Bush, Missouri, one daughter, Sarah Clark (fiancé Brad Pierce), Tulsa, Oklahoma, three brothers, Donald, Steven and Joe Dery, five sisters, Koren King, Melody Templeton, Candace Hinzman,
Gail Heidel, Michell Heisen, 10 grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of other friends and loved ones.

Mr. Dery has been cremated. Memorial services will be held 3:30 PM, Sunday, July 9, 2017 at the Laura Street Baptist Church, Maryville, Missouri. Reverend Paul McKim officiating. Inurnment will be at a later date in the state of Oregon. Memorials in Jeffery’s name may be given to the Andrews-Hann Funeral Home, P.O. Box 147, Grant City, Missouri 64456.
